From the highest vineyards in Monleale, in the province of Alessandria, comes our take on Timorasso. Fermented and aged in oak on the fine lees. A full-bodied white with pronounced acidity and notes of sage, apricot, and saffron.

Perfect right away, extraordinary with age. Timorasso is a white grape variety with exceptional aging potential. It exhibits great freshness when young, but reaches its peak 3–5 years after harvest and can continue to age gracefully for over 10 years.
