Grapes from old vineyards located on the northern slope of Mount Etna, in the village of Randazzo. Vinified in stainless steel and aged in large barrels. Complex and full-bodied.

Savory, fresh, lingering finish. Hints of ripe red fruits, graphite and flint.

A cultural, meditation wine. Drink it in the evening, on its own or with Salumi and medium-aged cheeses.
